My wife and I trained for almost 20 years with Sifu Wong and have since moved away from the school, but continue to practice, although on a limited basis. The training we received on the use of basic principles of movement, and posture as well as building of internal strength has universal application. Every day that goes by, we appreciate the value of our training for its health benefits and the ability to live a disciplined lifestyle. We recently witnessed extreme examples of the highest levels of internal strength at one of gatherings, when Sifu Wong who is in his mid-seventies was able to withstand body blows administered by students half his age. As we age, we realize that our internal strength and health is paramount, and we have grown to realize that the internal martial arts taught by specially trained masters such as Sifu Wong is one of the best ways to keep active, strong and healthy even as we grow old.
