Before I started taichi in 2011, I had lived with chronic lower back pain for many years. Since starting my taichi and qigong practice with Sifu Wong, my lower back pain has completely disappeared. Many other aspects of my general health, including overall energy level, stamina, self-discipline and focus have improved as well. My bone density results have not deteriorated in the last ten years, as one would expect due to aging; my results have actually improved slightly. Sifu is a wonderful teacher. His patience and high expectations of all his students are extraordinary. He is very mindful of each of his student’s physical abilities, and he gives individualized attention to all of his students. Sifu’s dedication and commitment to helping his students improve their health, and to learning about the ancient Chinese art of taichi and qigong, is an inspiration to me.
